Tony’s Wheels is a new picture book authored by Mila Bongco-Philipzig and illustrated by Michael Parillas. The story is of a boy with polio from the Philippines who becomes a Canadian para-athlete at a national level. It is based on the true story of Antonio Flores, who has been appointed the first Advocate for Persons with Disabilities in Alberta.
