Kingsway Mall, Edmonton, June 1, 2019 – A well-attended celebration is the replica of a well-organized Plan of Action. The Philippine Arts Council has taken the initiative paint the town red.

Various arts have been presented and performed by different ethic groups and deeply rooted cultural orientation from the Philippines. Government leaders, businessmen, and volunteers had truly appreciated the welcoming attitude of the Filipinos.
