EDMONTON — Quality Sleep Care (QSC) and Alberta Medical Supplies (AMS) successfully supported “models of diversity” during the 2018 Western Canada Fashion Week, April 30, in West Edmonton Mall.
The “models of diversity” received the loudest of cheers as they hit the runway. “We have a bigger crowd this year and it showed that Edmontonians support models, may they be with physical challenges or not and that is really heartwarming,” said AMS manager Elaine Tan.
“We would like to thank the Models of Diversity, the volunteers and everyone who supported the event to raise community awareness. Love is the key to diversity,” said marketing manager Mia Mulingtapang of AMS.
Quality Sleep Care and Alberta Medical Supplies, two young companies that started in Edmonton and recently branched out to Calgary, started supporting the WCFC last year and management has continued to support the event to raise awareness that persons with physical challenges are very much part of society and that will never be a hindrance to continue enjoying life.
