
ANCOP International Canada Inc. congratulated Alberta-based company, Quality Care Group of Companies for successfully sponsoring Aivie Tesocan.
Tesocan just finished her Public Administration degree at the Camiguin Polytechnic State College.
“Thank you for your generosity and support of ANCOP’s Child Sponsorship Program,” said ANCOP International Canada’s Lino Renomeron in an email to Quality Care Group HR Manager Wilma Payne.
ANCOP Edmonton’s Greg Parillas initiated a meeting last year with Quality Care Group of Companies’ Kris Salumbides, Jesse Tallon and Jacob Christian and the co-owners agreed to the proposal of Parillas to sponsor deserving students in the Philippines.
ANCOP or “Answering the Cry of the Poor” is a non-profit organization that started in 2001 by the Couples for Christ (CFC) to “restore the poor’s hope and dignity” and organizes a yearly “ANCOP Walk” to help generate funds.
Quality Care Group, which run the first Filipino co-owned Medicus Family Health Clinic and Pharmacy in Edmonton, has expanded their services in sleep and respiratory care in the province by helping Albertans dealing with sleep apnea and in offering medical supplies.
