The Filipino Retirees’ Association of Alberta (FRAA) 35th Anniversary was culminated with the crowing of Queen of FRAA Collie Tiller and Princesses Anna Black and Archie Nighbor. Deputy Premier of Alberta Sarah Hoffman was present as the guest of honor.
