Medical Supplies, Canpay, Medicus Health Clinic management for support

EDMONTON — ANCOP Edmonton Area coordinator Greg Parillas has a very good reason to smile these days as two more students under the “Child Sponsorship Program” received support from the management of Quality Sleep Care (QSC), Alberta Medical Supplies (AMS), CanPay Medical Inc. and Medicus Family Health Clinic and Pharmacy.

“ANCOP Edmonton is very grateful for their support,” said Parillas, who first met Filipino businessman and company co-founder Kris Salumbides, then eventually the other co-owners Jesse Tallon, Jacob Christian to pitch in the idea of backing their program.

“We are dedicated to uplift the lives of poor families in developing countries through shelter, child education and humanitarian relief and with the coming in of Quality Sleep Care Group, we are just happy,” said Parillas.

ANCOP or “Answering the Cry of the Poor” is a non-profit organization that started in 2001 by the Couples for Christ(CFC) to “restore the poor’s hope and dignity” and organizes a yearly “ANCOP Walk” to help generate funds.
