With 26 individuals from their supportive families cheering them on, 28 dancers of the Karilagan Dance Society took to the stage at the WorldShowPlace in Epcot, Disneyworld, Florida to compete in the World Dance Competition held last June 26-29. Karilagan had 3 entries out of 37 others from around the world and each of the 3 entries was awarded the silver medal. Aside from competing, they were also given the chance to participate in the Disneyworld Parade.
