Since I was a kid I’ve always looked up to the ladies who does pageantry especially Filipino’s since it’s a huge deal for us to win titles and Crowns. I’ve been doing modeling for about 2 years now, and I told to myself why not do something out of my comfort zone.

Doing pageantry takes a lot of courage especially if it’s out of town. It felt overwhelming but for some reason I didn’t get nervous when I was on stage (except for the Q&A), probably because I knew that people from my hometown supported me even when they were away. Win or loose this was a great opportunity for me to represent Edmonton. To my surprise I won Best in Talent, Best in Beauty and Poise and lastly your Miss Philippines Canada 2nd Runner Up!
