The Banquet Room of Ken’s Catering formally opened in Spruce Grove, September 7.

Chefs Ken Dalida and Jo Santileces with Ronnie Castaneda, and business associate Noy Lim were on hand to welcome guests.

Kelsey Dalida, wife of chef Ken, thanked those gathered for coming and continually supporting Ken’s Catering.
