Eleanor Nocum was crowned as the new 2018 Queen at the 36th Anniversary of FSCA which was held at Continental Inn last Saturday September 13, 2018. Outgoing Queen Thelma Cerhit passed on the crown to the new Queen during the Coronation Night. It was an evening of glamour which was attended by members and friends and the community associations. She was escorted by her husband Victor Nocum.
