There is nothing like Boracay

There is nothing like Boracay

Boracay is a small island in the Philippines. Boracay Island and its beaches have received awards from numerous travel publications and agencies. Apart from its white sand beaches, Boracay is also famous for being one of the world’s top destinations for relaxation. As of 2013, it was emerging among the top destinations for tranquility and nightlife. This is the place for a perfect escaped. Walking along the sandy streets filled with tiangge, souveneir local stores, karindera, hena tattoo and hair braid stalls around you is an adventure. You can’t take off your eyes with the colorful stores and designs placed around the palm trees. During the day, activities like island hoping, snorkeling, helmet diving and many more is a great itinerary to start your day. Just make sure to start off really early so that you will be able to do more water activities. When we went there, I was able to do many things that I just couldn’t forget. Helmet diving is my top list. I was capable to witness the underwater beauty of Boracay. School of fish swims around me making me feel very welcome to their humble home. To be honest, I was scared at first knowing there could be sharks coming at me anytime soon but no, local people were able to put limits and ecological preservation to their lovely island. I wanted to do snorkeling because I know it will be more exciting but I was too young back then, well, when I come back home to the Philippines, Boracay will be on my top destination to go to. Aside from that, kuya and ate’s are selling some coconuts while we are island hopping. Yes, they are on small boats too which amazes me because we all know it’s hard to balance on a boat alone. What more with coconuts! 3 memorable days is not enough to go around the island because there are handful activities and places that you could go to and discover.

Enjoying sunset at Boracay? The best. It is very magical, and it sends me a very aesthetic feeling. An extremely great place to have a golden hour selfie too! Private hotels also have their own swimming pools if you feel like just staying at your hotel. During the night, it is where a lot of people are out drinking beer, dancing on open bars, bonfire, buffets and a lot more fun activities. Bop music and colorful street lights adds more fun to the nightlife at Boracay. You’re lucky if there would be a fireworks display. Boracay has it all. It is a sweet escapade. You will be able to overlook your problems and just live your life to the fullest.
