Followed by the Cultural day on August 31, 2019 at the Olympic Plaza where attendees experience Rondalla Music and traditional cultural dances. Because of the thunderstorm forecast, Fiesta Filipino organizers were forced to advance the program to present Celebrity Actress Lovi Poe and got her to sing sooner. Poe thank the crowd who came to watch the show despite the rain. The crowd had a good time as Poe sang and shook hands with the crowd and entertained selfies.

Because of the weather, a volunteer had to open an umbrella to shelter Poe from the rain.

The event was really well organized as volunteer moved a big tent to shelter Ms. Poe from the rain so she could continue to perform for the crowd.
