A yearly camping activity of Rizalenos (Filipino/Canadian families who hail from different towns in the Rizal province) was held in Miquelon Lake Provincial Park from July 12-14, 2019. The activity was a big success with the leadership of their president Feling de Castro and Mother Nature was kind enough to give only a bit of rain during the night. There were a lot of food, lots of laughter and parlour games for the kids and adults alike.

A big thank you from Sama Sama Together WOW (SST WOW) group of Edmonton for their hospitality. The get-together was also graced by the presence of Mr. Jun Angeles and his wife Hermie Angeles (Alberta Filipino Journal Publisher). Everyone enjoyed the three days of camping.
