Alberta’s NDP Caucus hosted a celebration of the first Philippine Heritage Month, June 25, at the Edmonton Federal Building.
Deputy premier Sarah Hoffman and MLA Rod Loyola led fellow MLAs in welcoming guests from various Filipino organizations and the Alberta Filipino Journal was there to witness to the historic event for the Filipino-Albertans.
