Adopted daughter of Bicol Region Eloisa Blanco Lau was crowned as the 2017 Bicolandia Queen last September 16, 2017 at Westridge Community Hall , 505 Wolf Willow Road NW, Edmonton. The newly installed Conservative Leader Jason Kenny was among other dignitaries who graced the coronation.
